Player Archetypes:
Killers: Killers will be the main player type in this economy as there is only one game currently built on the ecosystem and its a PvP 2D brawler style of game.
Miners: Miners are also present in the game because of the earn aspect it has. Players are rewarded $NFTL from interacting with the ecosystem, something that the miner player type can take full advantage of.
Investors: Another game currently in development is their Niftyverse, which will have a land component to it. The land component is something attractive for the investor player type looking to make some passive income.
Mechanism Design
The concept of Nifty League is having multiple games built and accessed using the same NFTs. The first game built on their protocol is Nifty Smashers, which takes inspiration from Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros franchise.
Players try to hit their opponents with bats in the hopes of killing the opponent in order to score a point.
The terrain of the map plays a factor in battle.
Games range from 2 to 4 players, with the player with the most points or the first player reaching the goal number of points wins.
Nifty Tennis, Nifty Cart, and Nifty Royale are other games that the team is looking to develop to add on top of the existing ecosystem.
